Hidden Free Neopoints November 9, 2009

Posted by Chloe in : All Posts, Neopets Hints and Tips , 4 comments

We all know how to get free items and collect neopoints: play games and featured games (double neopoints) restock, Monthly Freebies, collect bank interest, Money Tree, Shop of Offers (Rich Slorg), etc. If you play Neopets, you know them all. Or do you?

Some sponsors get their own page on Neopets, and you can visit these sites and earn free neopoints! Some you can visit once a day, others 3 times a day, and others even 5 times a day! And we are not talking just 1 or 2 extra free neopoints here – some give you as much as 500 neopoints each visit! All you have to do is find the hidden red “NP” symbol by slowly running your mouse back and forth all over the page until it pops up, then click it. And sometimes you may have to click the “Visit Sponsor Site” link, or sometimes view a trailer. But it’s all easy and there are tons of free neopoints out there! At this time, the links below are working (they change over time):

- Son of the Mask
- Coming Soon
- Fruit Loops
- Pokemon Emerald
- Tales of Desperaux
- Rihanna
- Go Places
- Maybelline
- Robots
- Sultan’s Quest
- Flying Fire
- Madagascar
- Survey Site
- Complete a Task
- Raven
- Bedrock Superstar
- GoTarts
- Wardrobe
- Holly Hobbie
- Essence
- Bee Movie
- Golden Compass
- Sparkle
- Peter Cottontail
- Littlest Pet Shop
- Under Dog

You can also play Neopets Sponsor Games found in the Games Room. Some of these games are nothing more than just watching a 30-60 second trailer. Playing these games can get you up to 30k in free neopoints a day! Oh and don’t forget to look for the “Green” games, the most neopoints in the quickest amount of time!

The Neopets Toolbar is another great way to find hidden neopoints and free items. Tarla even tells you where they are!

Hopefully, this has helped you to gain lots of neopints in a short amount of time. Playing games is a lot of fun, and earns neopoints, but visiting Sponsor sites takes a lot less time, and the rewards are great! Start adding up those hidden free neopoints today!

How to: Become a Neopian Millionaire October 29, 2009

Posted by Chloe in : All Posts, Neopets Hints and Tips, Neopets News , 2 comments

So you want to be a Neopian millionaire? Don’t we all! There has to be some kind of secret, some magic spell or potion…right? I was determined to find out, so I put together a short survey, aimed at Neo millionaires. I was targeting a specific group; those with over 10 million neopoints, as well as having huge houses and shops. I was hoping for at least 100 responses, and I received 77. The survey follows, with the average answers. It surprised me, and I am sure it will surprise you!

1.) How old are you?
Average ages 18-23. Youngest responder is 17, oldest is 67.

2.) How long have you been playing Neopets?
Average is 3 years; shortest is 7 months, longest is 7 years. Several players said they leave for a while, but always come back!

3.) How many neopoints do you have?
Average 5 million.

5.) How long did it take you to become a Neo millionaire?
“A very long time” was the unanimous answer.

6.) Do you use game cheats?
Tied between yes and no. And 5 people answered “sometimes”.

7.) Which ones for which games make the most neopoints for you?
It appears to be a variation of all the games. Key Quest, Scorchy Slots, Faerie Bubbles and Destructo Match were mentioned most often, in that order. It seems there are as many favorites as there are choices!

8.) Do have a shop/store?
Everyone said YES

9.) How large is it?
Smallest was 17, largest was 3500.

10.) What’s the most expensive item you’ve ever owned/sold?
Again, all answers were different, but all could only be found on the Trading Post. Faerie Queen Doll, rare PetPets and Medicinal items were most often mentioned, in that order. Most players said they put their expensive items in their galleries.

11.) What tricks and tips would you give to newbies on becoming a Neo millionaire?
Most common answer was time and work. Play games, do dailies, and snipe on auctions were the most popular.

12.) What’s you’re favorite thing to do on Neopets and what do you spend most of your neopoints on?
The favorite things were tough to compile. There were at least as many answers as there are things to do on Neopets! As for what most players spend their neopoints on, it was home improvements, enlarging their shop, buying rare items and collectibles, training their neopet and restocking their shop.

13.) Please add any additional insight you may have to offer.
Everyone said they started just like everyone else did, but becoming a Neo millionaire can be done. It just takes time and effort.

Well, there you have it! There are no magic answers or secrets–it all depends on you and what you like to do! Whatever games you like, do them often, and get better at it to make more points. Everyone’s different–only one said they play the stock market, and quests were mentioned once. I have come to the conclusion that Neopets is what you want it to be, and with all the things to do in Neopia, you can be as rich as you want! Just do it any way you choose, and most importantly, have fun!

Neopets Website Has Changed! August 23, 2009

Posted by Chloe in : All Posts, Neopets Help, Neopets Hints and Tips, Neopets News, Site News , 6 comments

As you all know, in 2007 the Neopets website had gone through a huge change–it was re-designed! But it wasn’t just the site layout that changed, but the actual Neopets themselves, the fact you can dress them, as well as new activities and parts of the site, and the ability to buy neopoints, or Neocash. This is old news to most of you, but important and interesting news to those who have haven’t been playing on Neopets for a long time, like me. So I’ve put up a new page on the basics of the new site re-design, under the “Neopets Tips” page. The link is at the top of the page, and is called “Neopets New Site Change”. Clicking this will also lead you to it. Check it out!

Neocash February 8, 2008

Posted by Chloe in : All Posts, Neopets Help, Neopets Hints and Tips, Neopets News , 75 comments

As you’ve probably noticed, Neopets now offers a system where you can buy neopoints with real money. This is the kind of thing the website Stardoll.com had originally, and it proved to be just a way to get your money, like a scam. But not like a scam where you won’t get your points, because I’m sure you would because Neopets is a trustworthy site of course, but where they’re just trying to get your money any way they can. Or in this case, your parent’s money. Remember, REAL money is MUCH more valuable than virtual money, so don’t fall for this. Earn your points if it’s that important to you (using all my guides and cheats on my site of course!), but just don’t spend real dollars on it.

Have fun! (That’s what Neopets is all about!)

Neopets Advent Calender December 9, 2007

Posted by Chloe in : All Posts, Neopets Help, Neopets Hints and Tips, Neopets News , 29 comments

‘Tis the season! The season for the advent calender! For those of you who are newbies, the advent calender on Neopets is in Happy Valley on Terror Mountain, and gives away a free amount of neopoints and items every day, but only once per person…or should I say, account ;) So, make sure you visit it every day of the month of December. But remember, hold onto your items and don’t sell them just yet…since millions of other people on Neopets have just got the same items as you, they won’t be worth anything much in the shop wizard. So save them for a little while, or at least until December ends before selling them, to make the most profit.

Happy Holidays!

Get another account today! The more you have, the more money you make. If you want to be rich, here’s your ticket to it!:

Really, one of the most important things about getting rich, is having mutiple accounts (which by the way, is allowed now, to those who think it’s cheating. ANYWAY, this is a cheats site!).
Sending items to your main acocunt to sell them, getting freebies, transfering money, etc. Very very useful. And this is a Neopian millionaire talking, so you can’t go wrong with this!!

Good luck!:

Hey guys, here’s a tip to always remember when playing Turmac Roll. It’s not a cheat, just a way to make more neopoints. It’s simple, but good to know. Here it is:
