Hi everyone,
Does anybody know how the rainbow fountain works? Whenever I go there it says all the magic is used up, and to come back another time. But it’s always the same! I know I’m supposed to be answering all your questions, but I do have this one question.

In order for the Magic Rainbow Fountain to work, you must complete the quest the Fountain Fairy provides. This is completely random, and rare as well. The Rainbow Fountain Fairy quest is one of the rarest of all of the Fairy Quests. Usually, the quests requires very rare and expensive items, and even worse, you can’t use the shop wizard, and marketplace malls commonly do not have stock for what you are looking for to accomplish the quest of the Fountain Fairy. There are times, when you are lucky, when the Fountain Fairy only asks for a cheap item. Even so, the quest is worth it. Usually, the Fountain Fairy asks for an item with a rarity of 94, 95, or 96, that costs around 500k or 700k. Paint choices she provides, however, are worth around 1 million neopoints! It is definitely a good deal.
Hmm Im not sure but a really long time ago i used to have an account i think it was bibulby but i did something really stupid gave up my password to some guy so he could get me an avatar ( i was like 11) but well anyway i remeber i went at 00:00 (12:00 pm night) and the fountain was open i dont remeber if i did a quest, but i paint my uni. if someone knows how can i get my account back i would really aprecciate it my new user i made a couple of week ago is bibulbi

you have ot get her quest shes lik the 2nd most rare faerie o.o fyoras 1st (of course) the items she ask for are usally very expensive but she dosnt ask or map peices lik that faeries can only ask for item that can be sold in a shop it very hard to find her items tho although she MIGHT ask for something not sold in shops but still the items she asks for are very very very very VERYYY rare then once you give her the item she requested you go to the fountin and paint your neopets but she dosnt have ALL colors
i bet u that the makers of the neopets world have not bothered trying to refresh the fountain every hour or 2.

actually when i first startd which was like 5 yrs ago you could still use the fountain whnever but now i thk you have to do a quest or favor for the water fairy or something for it to work now

The only way to get in to the fontain is to complete a quest for the water faerie and she will give you access to the fountain
if you want to get to the magic fountain, the faerie at the fountain has to give you a quest(very rare!). when you complete the quest, the faerie will let you paint your neopet any color you want!
um… yea its pretty simple
you get a quest from the rainbow fairy, she paints your pet whatever color you want
it might just be cheaper to get all the lab map pieces

I don know how the fountain work,but I know it will work when you do a farrie quest for the fountain farrie.But it is extremely rare to do a fountain farrie quest !

The Rainbow Fountain only works if you get a Fountain Faerie Quest and you complete it. If you do, you will be allowed to go back to her fountain and the magic is now working. There, you can choose to paint any 1 of your pets any colour you want, even the lab ray colors, but I don’t know about Ice Bori. The only colors you cannot use are MSP, Royal, and Robot.
idk i cnt get a faerie quest frm her cuz itz rely hrd but al i kno is tht u can get ur pet painted.

u can only use the fountain if the fairy gives u a quest and u complet it shell only let u use it once.
also before you are able to get the quest your pet must have read the ranbow fountion
that might be why you cant get a quest
Just so you know the fountin only works after you do a quest
If a user does what she asks, the fountain faerie shall bless them with the ability to change into any color they want of their species! However, the fountain faerie quests are elusive, due to the fact that the fountain faerie rarely requires an item. If you are asked by her, I would advise against turning her down. Its what she ACTUALLYS said too many people use it so you have to get their early or quick a possible there you can get rare items some neopoints neopets stats healing and much more

Whoa, this is not fair !
She just gave me a quest, which are supposedly really rare.
And she wanted the “Painting Zafaras” book. So I went and bought it, for like 4.500 NP, and now im completely broke.
But people keep saying when you complete here quests she paints you neopet with any paintbrush you want…
she DIDNT do that for me she just increased my neopets defence by 15 points.?
And it took, me forever to get that small amount of money, and i dont even get to paint my pet !

If you do a quest for the fountain fairy who normally asks for items with the rarity between 95-100 and if complete her task you will be granted to use the rainbow fountain on one pet only once and if want to paint another pet you must complete another one of her tasks.

i did a quest for her and she only raised my defence i am so upset
u can not do her quest now there at random events but i never get them lol and iam on it every day i get one 1 per week or none
I know why. She only makes the fountain work when you complete one of her quests. And just like the other faeries, hers are random but very very rare, meaning the stuff she asks for is also going to be very very rare and/or expensive (but occasionally, someone might get an easy one =] ) Then, when you complete it, pick an unpainted pet and visit her. She will paint your pet and you get to pick the color too 😛 so its like an expensive rainbow pool that comes with its own paint brushes? lol
