This is the kind of thing the website Stardoll.com had originally, and it proved to be just a way to get your money, like a scam. But not like a scam where you won’t get your points, because I’m sure you would because Neopets is a trustworthy site of course, but where they’re just trying to get your money any way they can. Or in this case, your parent’s money. Remember, REAL money is MUCH more valuable than virtual money, so don’t fall for this. Earn your points if it’s that important to you (using all my guides and cheats on my site of course!), but just don’t spend real dollars on it.
