some idiot the ways i now is you can complete a quest for a faerie and she may put up your defence or whatevr but she doesn’t give it to you everytime. and another way is you go into the lost desert and you go to Coltzan’s Shrine (it’s the one with a big skinny tower. and sometimes it brings up your ability. Those are the 2 ways i know i am sure there more though
