I haven’t heard that rumour about newbies having better luck w. the wishing well, but I do know that it doesn’t matter how much you donate to the wishing well, it grants wishes randomly.

the meridel tree/turmuculas thing has never worked for me.
coltzans shrine at the right time usually gives good results though.

i think the wishing well only makes like 20 a day but rumour has it that noobs have more chance???
