The third week of the Neopets Daily Dare event has come to an end complete with two more Double Dare Games, another Team Challenge and the second round of the Daily Dare Staff Tournament. Here’s a quick rundown of the events and prizes we’ve all enjoyed this past week:
The fourteenth day of Neopets Daily Dare featured Nova Defender as the Game of the Day. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Nova Gems Garland. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was the Nova Defender Cereal. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Nova.

The fifteenth day’s Game of the Day was The Usul Suspects. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Pile of Baby Bottles. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a Broom for Bratty Usuls. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Lime Jelly Usul.

The sixteenth day’s Game of the Day was Chia Bomber 2. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Muddy Hat. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a Mud Facepaint Kit. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Yellow Chia Plushie.

The seventeenth day’s Game of the Day was Dueling Decks and it was a Double Dare Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Striped Dueling Shirt. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a Dueling Decks Mat. Those who took and completed the Double Dare Challenge won both prizes. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Magic Deck.

The eighteenth day’s Game of the Day was Wingoball and it was a Team Challenge Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was an Eerie Gnome Hat. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a Stack A Gnome. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Chomby Gnome Collectable Charm. Those who completed the Team Challenge against AAA won a pair of AAA Host trousers. Those who completed the Team Challenge against Abigail won some Gaming fuel.

The nineteenth day’s Game of the Day was Dubloon Disaster and it was a Double Dare Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Boat Lantern. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was the book The Art of Avoiding Mines. Those who took and completed the Double Dare Challenge won both prizes. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Skeith Chocolate Dubloon.

Last, but not least, Wednesday was Round 2 of the Daily Dare Staff Tournament in which the Polarhuck Opposites beat Super Unstoppable Mega Force. Those who voted for the winners received a Darigan Poogle Plushie as a prize. Those who voted for Super Unstoppable Mega Force received a Stone Paddleball Game as a consolation prize.

The ninth day’s Game of the Day was Kookia and it was a Double Dare Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Kookith String Lights. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a Kookith Cookie. Those who took the Double Dare Challenge won both prizes. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Kookith Vegan Platter.

The tenth day’s Game of the Day was Chemistry for Beginners and it was a Double Dare Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Scientific Wig. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a Chemistry for Beginners Set. The prize for participating against either opponent was the Book of Chemical Reactions.

The eleventh day’s Game of the Day was Hannah and the Kreludor Caves and it was a Team Challenge Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Kreludan Treasure Chest. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a Portable Oxygen Tank. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Hannah Bobblehead. The prize for members who completed the Team Challenge against Abigail was the book How to be a Gaming Champ. The prize for members who completed the Team Challenge against AAA was an AAA Host Shirt and Jacket.

The twelfth day’s Game of the Day was Hasee Bounce and it was the second Double Dare Game for the week. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Doughnutfruit Scarf. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a set of Jimmi and Woogy Egg Dolls. Those who took the Double Dare Challenge won both prizes. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Model Hasee Bounce See Saw.

The thirteenth day’s Game of the Day was Habitarium. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a pair of Fancy Petpetpet Tights. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a Bumbluz Plushie. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Piece of a Scratch Card.

Last, but not least, Wednesday was Round 1 of the Daily Dare Staff Tournament in which the team Scaly-wags beat the team Inept Megalomania. Those who voted for the winners, the Scaly-wags, received the book We dont need stinkin apostrophes! as a prize. Those who voted for Inept Megalomania received a Well Done Card as a consolation prize.

Next up on the list of announcements is only for Neopets players who currently use Internet Explorer 7. As of March 22nd, the Neopets website will no longer support your browser. If you’re still using that version of Internet Explorer, you’ll need to upgrade to a more recent version. You’ve got less than two weeks to do this!

Lastly, new products have debuted at the Neopets Garden Centre and Hubert’s Hot Dogs. Two new beautiful hydrangea bushes, one purple and one pink, is now available at the Neopets Garden Centre. Two hilarious new hot dogs, the well-aged hot dog and the spherical hot dog, can be found at Hubert’s Hot Dogs.

The second day’s Game of the Day was Crisis Courier. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was an Altador Pillars Foreground. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was Altador Fruit on a Plate. The prize for participating against either opponent was the book The Yooyu.

The third day’s Game of the Day was Faerie Bubbles and it was the first Double Dare Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Faerieland Cloud Background. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was Faerie Bubbles in a Bottle. Those who took the Double Dare challenge won both prizes. The prize for participating against either opponent was a bottle of Delicious Faerie Bubbles.

The fourth day’s Game of the Day was Imperial Exam and it was the first Team Challenge Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was an Imperial Exam Desk. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was an Imperial Guard Staff. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Beginners Spelling Scroll. The prizes for members who completed the Team Challenge were a Framed Photograph of AAA and an AAA Host Cane.

The fifth day’s Game of the Day was Ultimate Bullseye II and it was the second Double Dare Game. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Meridellian Tower. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a King Skarl Balloon. Those who took the Double Dare challenge won both prizes. The prize for participating against either opponent was an I Love Turtums Mug.

The sixth day’s Game of the Day was Snowmuncher. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat AAA was a Snow Block Belt. The prize for Neopets’ members who challenged and beat Abigail was a vial of Bloat B Gone. The prize for participating against either opponent was a Trapped Snow Wurm.

If you have special information or ideas on anything related to the Neopets website, such as games or events, you might try writing an entertaining and informative article to share your brilliance with fellow Neopets members. If you enjoy more creative activities, you might try writing a clever short story or design a witty comic to amuse other members. If you simply have a burning question concerning rules or events, you can submit it to the Neopets staff and if they think it will also satisfy a lot of other members’ curiosity, they may decide to publish it in the next edition.
So get the creative juices flowing and put your thinking caps on because the next issue of the Neopian Times is due to come out March 4th!

There are also four exciting new features being added this year:
1. If you challenge and beat your chosen opponent for a Daily Dare challenge on the same day that it is issued, you will receive a special bonus prize.
2. There is also a new Team Challenge feature in which you and a friend may pair up to beat Abigail or AAA for a bonus prize each weekend.
3. If you choose to purchase tickets at the NC mall to challenge Lulu, you may use the same score that you’ve used to beat Abigail and/or AAA to apply to Lulu instead of playing separate games to beat each opponent.
4. Finally, the method in which the four possible trophies are awarded has been greatly simplified. To be awarded the participation medal, all you have to do is complete one or more challenges. To be awarded the bronze medal, you must beat Abigail’s score every day on every challenge. To be awarded the silver medal, you must complete every challenge by the end of the month and beat AAA’s score at least once. For those of you game masters who are aiming high, you must beat AAA’s score every day on every challenge.
