Wingoball Glitch! May 14, 2007

My sister, Elsie, has just discovered quite a funny but convenient glitch in the Neopets game Wingoball! It’s pretty handy for completing all the levels! So, this is how it works: whenever you fire your ball at any gnome wearing a red hat, it will create another tiny extra ball that goes on to the finish line, which will complete you the level just like a regular ball would when it touches it. And at the same time you can still keep firing your main ball all over! So it’s just every time you hit a red-hatted gnome, that an additional little red ball will be created. So say you keep hitting red-hatted gnomes over and over again on a particular level, it will keep making more and more tiny red balls, which will eventually touch the finish line and win the level! And then all the other tiny balls you also created that level, will still be there in the following level! They don’t disappear! Plus they will pass right through other gnomes; they won’t bounce off! So, to see this weird but wonderful glitch at work, just play the movie below!

P.S. I think the glitch might only work on macs.

ive known about this for awhile. how else do you think the people got the high score, but i have another glitch with my pc/laptop when i load the game it starts up and all it does is show the ball coming in and then frezes and keeps repeating the ball being thrown at the screen. the strange part is that it doesn’t do that with my friends mac. is anyone elsse having this happen?

i have a cheat ok so when you get into fairy land you click onto fariecity then click right next to the castle on the left hand side and it takes you into a secret room filled with all of the most powerful items in neopea and now there selling them for money to raise some money for fairie land.

It’s not supposed 2 be a cheat, it’s a glitch in the game. And I don’t know why it doesn’t show up for only some people…hmmm Because if it didn’t work for anyone then it would obviously have been fixed, but by the sounds of it, the glitch might only work on macs. I’m not sure though… I’ll try and find out.

Oh and sorry the video is such bad quality! I’ve just noticed that you can BARELY see the tiny red balls. Just watch the cursor as I’m pointing to them, and you’ll probably see them.

……..I don’t know what happened!!! I tried it several times, and each time I won some different RARE item, hmmmm…… well, lets wait and see the out come of some other people………cause sometimes it does that, maybe you can try some different kiosk, cause maybe it just won’t work on that kiosk……

i didnt try it but you actually get more neopoints for not doing it and succeeding on your first wingoball with lots of time remaining oh but i have a cheat for the buzzer game here it is when you are playing the game and you are having problems with one certain level just press start and then type in salamander it doesnt get you more neopoints but it gets you past that level that you are having trouble with

I just tried it – and they must have fixed the glitch because it didn’t work for me no matter how many times I hit the gnomes with red hats.

Try playing fashion fever, you don’t have to do anything, just start the game, then end it and send your score for 300np, if you do this for the maximum 3 times you’ll have an effortless 900np.

it worked for me! i have an eMac, so im pretty sure it does only work on Apples. the problem is that even though the red tiny balls did appear, so they slanted downward from where they were and never made it to the finish line!
