Usually, the quests requires very rare and expensive items, and even worse, you can't use the shop wizard, and marketplace malls commonly do not have stock for what you are looking for to accomplish the quest of the Fountain Fairy. There are times, when you are lucky, when the Fountain Fairy only asks for a cheap item. Even so, the quest is worth it. Usually, the Fountain Fairy asks for an item with a rarity of 94, 95, or 96, that costs around 500k or 700k. Paint choices she provides, however, are worth around 1 million neopoints!
